Grifola frondosa (Maitake) contains polysaccharides, alpha-glucans and beta-glucans. Both types of mushrooms used, Reishi and Shiitake, are also known for their effects and have been used in a wide range of Chinese and Japanese medicine since time immemorial. Scientists have chemically analyzed many nutritional components in these mushrooms. As research continued, their importance grew worldwide. Reishi mushrooms are very rich in beneficial phytonutrients such as polysaccharides, triterpenes and phytosterols. Shiitake mushrooms have been the subject of long-term research due to the active components eritadenines, polysaccharides and lignins.

Gelatin capsule.
