Mumio (English shilajit) is a thick, sticky natural mixture of organic and inorganic elements easily soluble in water. Its deposits are located in the regions of Central Asia, in the Himalayas, Altai, Pamir mountains and in parts of southern Kazakhstan, where it is manually mined by specially trained collectors. Raw mumio occurs in caves, cavities and niches in the form of amorphous layers, shells, growths of black, dark brown or brown resin-like matter. It is usually found at 1,000 - 4,000 m above sea level, from where it is exclusively scraped or broken off by hand.

Ingredients of 2 capsules: Shuddha Shilajit (Mumio; standardized to 1% fulvic acid = 7.5 mg) 750 mg; starch; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Gelatin capsule.
