is a formula whose main ingredients are coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine.
Coenzyme Q10 – ubiquinone – is an energy nutrient essential for the life of all types of cells. In the human body, this coenzyme is synthesized from mevalonic acid, which is one of the key organic acids in living organisms. With increasing age, this process gradually disappears. The greatest need for coenzyme Q10 is felt by organs with maximum energy losses. With increasing age, the body loses the ability to absorb the necessary amount of coenzyme Q10, which it obtains from food. A young healthy individual maintains a normal level of coenzyme Q10 through food intake and its own production. After the age of twenty, the amount of coenzyme Q10 in the body decreases, so that by the age of forty it is half of its original amount.
L-carnitine is an amino acid that is naturally synthesized in the body in the liver from the amino acids lysine and methionine. The most carnitine is in muscle and heart tissue, where it is transported with the blood. The name Carnitine was derived from the Latin word "Carnus", which means meat, from which it was first isolated in 1905. Only the L isomer, i.e. L-carnitine, which is also called vitamin BT, is considered functional. In natural food, the most L-carnitine is found in beef and avocado. In dietary supplements, carnitine is most often taken in the form of L-carnitine.

1 capsule 2 times a day.

Ingredients of 2 capsules: Rice bran oil; coenzyme Q10 200 mg; glazing agent: soybean oil; L-carnitine 40 mg; soy lecithin 30 mg; glazing agent: beeswax. Gelatin capsule.
