Recommended dosage

Dosing is completely individual.
• A different amount will work for everyone depending on body weight, mental state, metabolic rate, body's reaction to similar substances, and so on —> Start with a lower dosage and gradually increase until you find the right dose that works for you.
• The onset of effect is also individual, ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes.

• CBD is most often used by dropping it under or on the tongue (it is absorbed through the mucous membranes into the bloodstream), when taken on an empty stomach, the onset of effect is shorter than when taken after a meal.

1. Shake the bottle gently
