Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It contributes to the process of cell division.
Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine has a beneficial effect on normal glycogen and protein metabolism and the function of the nervous and immune systems. It is important for the normal formation of red blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.

1 tablet 2 times a day.
